Optical Support/Trainee Lab Technician - Glasgow, Scotland
I have an opportunity for Trainee Lab Technician working for a leading Optical Domiciliary Company who are a provider of eyecare throughout the UK at their Optical Lab in Glasgow; you will be part of a team responsible for the manufacturing lenses for spectacles, you will be required to have some optical experience working within an optical practice;
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Be responsible for picking of frames and lenses to fulfil orders.
- Maintain stock levels and be conscious of low levels and the implications of such.
- Have a keen eye for high quality product.
- On occasion provide technical knowledge advice regarding orders
- Ensuring that Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Additional Duties may be required on occasion.
